These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Travalet application and the travalet.app website (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Take Off Go Pty Ltd (“Take Off Go”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), ABN 15 634 608 567, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.

By downloading or using Travalet, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.


1. The Service

Travalet is a travel itinerary application. Its core function is to parse booking confirmation emails forwarded to trips@travalet.app and deliver structured itinerary data to your device.

The Service is provided on an as-is basis. We make no warranty that it will correctly parse every booking format, that parsed data will be complete or accurate, or that the Service will be available without interruption.


2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.


3. Your responsibilities

Email forwarding: You may only forward emails that you have the right to share. Do not forward emails belonging to others without their consent.

Accuracy: Parsed itinerary data should be verified against your original booking confirmations before you rely on it for travel. We are not responsible for errors arising from misparse or outdated information.

Lawful use: You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to reverse-engineer the Service, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.


4. Intellectual property

The Travalet application, website, and associated brand assets are owned by Take Off Go. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the licence to use the Service as described here.

Your booking data belongs to you. We assert no ownership over the itinerary content you create or import.


5. Privacy

Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.


6. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party infrastructure including Apple iCloud, Cloudflare, and Anthropic. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party service providers.


7. Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT PARSED ITINERARY DATA IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR UP TO DATE.


8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAKE OFF GO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW.


9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.


10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
